Q. How do I get free delivery?

A. We offer free delivery on all orders in New Zealand and Australia.

Q. How much does delivery cost?

In most cases shipping is free. Our website will calculate your delivery costs will be calculated by the checkout based on the delivery address and postcode or your order. Simply add it to your cart and pop in your address to see delivery costs for your country.


Q. How do you pack my order so it arrives safely?

All products are packaged in a box and bubble wrapped for extra protection. All barometers and combined instruments are packaged separately. Orders are packaged in a neutral coloured, fully recyclable cardboard box Consisting of a least 60% recycled paper. Here is cam with an example of the packaging so you can see how well protected these items are in transit.

Q. How do I get free gift wrapping?

We have a product in our website called gift wrapping. Simply add it to your cart just like a product.

Q. What delivery services do you use for New Zealand orders?

A. We send orders either by NZ post couriers or for the bigger parcels we send via castle parcels. &

Q. What delivery service do you use for International Orders?

A. We send via Fedex door to door worldwide or by NZ Post express Freight depending on size and location. We will email you all relevant information on shipments.

Q. When will my order be dispatched?

A. We ship all our product on the same day as order where ever possible on weekdays. We do not dispatch orders on the weekends. All delivery times mentioned are in business days. If you place your order on a public holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next business day

Q. How long will my order take to arrive in New Zealand?

A. We find most New Zealand orders arrive in 2 - 3 business days.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive in Australia?

A. We find most Australian orders arrive in 3 - 6 business days (we have had them arrive in as little as 3 days).

Q. How long will my order take to arrive in USA/ Canada?

A. We find most other international orders arrive in 4 - 10 business days.

Q. Do you offer urgent delivery?

A. If you would like to get deliveries more urgently please contact Cameron for a quote on a faster delivery service.


Q. What countries do you ship to?

A. New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Canada, USA, Hong Kong and Internationally.



Q. What is your returns Returns/Exchanges Policy?

A. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in original packaging and they must be in an unused condition. Any postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. To process a return, please contact a customer service representative on our toll-free number: 0800 693593.

Q. What if my order becomes damaged in the mail?

A. Occasionally, goods may be damaged during delivery. If goods arrive damaged, please contact one of our customer service representatives on 0800 693583. We will issue you with a return authorisation and provide a reply paid address so the goods can be returned. The goods are then inspected and a replacement order is sent back to you.

Q. Do your products have warranties?

A. Warranty claims are handled directly by the Cameron here at BarometersandClocks, we will do our utmost to ensure that warranty claims are handled in a satisfactory and timely man. Q. Do you offer free gift wrapping?

A.  If your order is a gift, you can add gift wrapping to any order free of charge. We will wrap your gift, and package it safely and arrange for delivery to their door. Simply add it to your cart by pressing the add to cart button and we can ship it to your recipients address.

Q. Can I add a note with my gift

A. Yes, simply add it in your notes at the shopping cart, or email us and let us know when your order confirmation comes through.

Q. Will you deliver to my gift recipients address?

A. Yes.

Q. How do you gift wrap my order?

A. We package your order in gender-neutral paper, put a bow on it, and once its gift wrapped we will bubble wrap it or use reinforced cardboard to ensure it arrives in Tip Top Condition. We have created a page with more details on shipping and delivery along with a video of how we package up your goods to assure they arrive in pristine condition.


Q. What merchant facilities do you use?

A. You can make payment using either Paypal or Stripe to checkout on our website. 

Q.  Why does the checkout URL change to at the checkout?

A. We run our website using shopify e-commerce platform and utilise an app called cashier by bold commerce to allow us to charge you for the order in your local currency, rather than our local currency. 

Q. What currency will I pay in?

A. You will pay in your local currency. You can use the currency convert on the website to change to your preferred currency.
